Promotion Assistant
Part time - 20-25 hours a week
Accountable to the Office Manager
Good interpersonal skills
Computer experience and knowledge: Canva, Microsoft Office (Word,
Publisher, Excel, Powerpoint), and other software the office might use
Team Player
Answering the phone
Allow people entrance to the building via the security system
Gather, produce, and print bulletin
Social media - create, manage, & post graphics;
Design and update website
Update Realm (membership database) as needed
Weekly congregational email (Friday)
Powerpoint/Propresenter slides (announcement & sermon) on Sunday
Use any & all communication methods
Attend monthly full staff meeting
