Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape and grounds keeping workers
- Plan and assign daily tasks to crew members
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper gardening, irrigation, tree care, lawn care, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools used by the crew
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Assist with the design and implementation of landscape projects
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for projects

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscape construction is required
- Strong knowledge of rock work, irrigation systems, tree care, lawn care, landscape maintenance, equipment operation and grounds keeping practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Experience in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and crew members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Compensation:

-Hourly rate starts at $25/hr for very experienced applicants

-Health Insurance plan is available

-10-20% bonus program is available as well
