Wax Plant Production Worker

Beelite is seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to join our wax processing team. This position is not for the faint of heart—it’s hot, it’s dirty, it’s physically demanding... and it’s absolutely essential to the work we do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling large quantities of raw beeswax through the filtering and cleaning process

• Lifting and moving heavy loads (60 lbs or more) throughout your shift

• Working in high-heat environments with strong, natural odors

• Operating basic equipment and assisting with routine maintenance

• Keeping the facility clean and organized despite the messiest of days

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have a strong work ethic and can show up on time, every time

• Are physically capable of heavy lifting and staying on your feet for extended periods

• Don’t mind getting your hands (and clothes) dirty

• Can handle the heat—literally. Summer months can be intense in our facility

• Are a team player, willing to pitch in wherever needed

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience working in manufacturing, agriculture, or similar physically demanding settings

• Are familiar with beeswax or natural products (but not required—we’ll train you!)
