Senior Staff Accountant

SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

Locally-owned BDO Alliance CPA firm in Morganton seeks Senior Staff Accountant for Tax Department.  Responsibilities primarily include preparing complex tax returns for individuals and businesses, conducting tax research and planning, and occasional review responsibilities.

Industry experience preferred in real estate, high net worth individuals, corporations, pass through entities, and non-profits. Team leadership experience in overseeing junior staff, providing guidance, training, and mentoring is a plus. Knowledge of CCH Tax and Engagement software preferred.

3 - 5 years’ experience required. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. 

Compensation commensurate with experience.
