"Leadership Beyond Your Position"
The Burke County Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for our First Business 4 Breakfast of 2025 with guest speaker Chad Hall, Executive Partner with StrongLead. He will speak on: Why should anyone follow you? If it’s because of your title (boss, owner, manager,
director, parent, teacher, etc.), then your influence is limited and people will follow you
only so much. Strong leaders learn to leverage forms of influence beyond their position.
Chad Hall, MCC is an Executive Partner with StrongLead, a business consulting firm
located in Hickory. Chad is the author of seven books on topics related to leadership,
coaching, and life success, including The Weekly Leader: 52 Reflections on Becoming a
Stronger Leader and How Life Works: A Guide to Success for Those Starting Out in
Life. Chad coaches executives, owners, and leaders to reach their next level of
success. He is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne, Duke, and Princeton Seminary.
In addition to the informative talk, attendees will have the chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast, courtesy of Butch's BBQ & Breakfast, and mingle with other business professionals in a relaxed and friendly environment.
