We are excited to have guest speaker Tammi McClendon, owner of New Age Fitness joining us. She will be speaking on Workplace Wellness in honor of all of her previous co-workers who suffered so much to earn their living. She wholeheartedly believes that wellness can be found anywhere, and in any workplace, as long as the proper environment is created to support these goals.
Join us to hear about how wellness (or lack thereof) influences overall employee performance, how to implement simple changes that can easily create more wellness in any work environment, & how to create your own Workplace Wellness program through employee challenges, nutritional changes, & opportunities for movement!
