Location: Online - An instructor will teach the class virtually using BlackBoard Collaborate. It will be a similar experience to the Face-to-Face classes. The instructor will send directions to log into BlackBoard Collaborate.

Description
Learn how to collect data using Forms. Forms can be used for personal or work use including contact forms, event registrations, party invitations, work orders, job applications, surveys, quizzes, etc. Beginners will learn how to create a blank form and use form templates. Individuals will learn how to access the tool bar to create questions, titles, descriptions, importing visuals (documents, photos, and videos), customization options, and setting options. Teachers can receive teacher renewal credits for this class. Individuals will need access to the Internet and computer for this class.
